ARIZONA RAISES AWARENESS
Monica Northam, a US Postal Service Sales Associate, sold 10,000 stamps to a friendly Rottweiler "Sampson" and his master Victoria Cowper, executive director of the Western Arizona Humane Society Wednesday. A total of $3,700 worth of commemorative spay/neuter stamps were bought by the Humane Society. Sampson is a previous shelter guest.
