Madison Wisconsin's "Dog Jog" - 09-02.
Madison Postmaster Kim Mayo and the Dean of the University of Wisconsin's Veterinary School of Medicine, Dr. Dryl Buss unveil the stamps. In the front row are the President and Vice-President of the Animal Companion Club. The "Dog Jog" is a two-mile run/walk event for dogs and their owners. The Dog Jog is an annual event of the Veterinary School. Proceeds raised from sponsors of this event are donated to area animal shelters. Over $30,000 was raised during this extremely fun event.
