Post Office Box 9294 Reston, VA 20195 COPYRIGHT & IMAGE USE GUIDELINES Use of the following credit line must accompany the use or reproduction of any of the stamp images: Copyright 2002 U.S. Postal Service. All rights reserved. The following guidelines must be adhered to, by federal law: If the image is reproduced between 75% and 150% of actual stamp size, a diagonal black rule must be placed over the denomination to cancel it. If the image is smaller than 75% or larger than 150% of actual stamp size, no cancel is required. Black and white reproductions do no require any cancellations. The measurement of a single stamp, from perforation to perforation is: 1 1/4" x 1 9/16". Accordingly, reproductions of a single stamp at 15/16" x 1 1/8" or smaller, and 1 7/8" x 2 3/8" or larger do not require cancellation. If the image falls within these dimensions, the cancellation is required.
